As a recovering addict in South Africa I have come to learn a lot of things on the subject of addiction / substance abuse. Whether it be alcohol drug related quick start or long term guides I have found on the web I am happy to share my journey with you.
I do have other blog sites but I think this bundublog is a fantastic little service to present the less official version of my story.
In about 1988 I began using drugs as a form recreation as many addicts do. I managed to maintain a relatively healthy lifestyle and was quite functional within society for a number of years. I had a good job that was my own printer services business and I was making a fair wage. As a single guy I frequently landed myself up in bars, clubs and in general just enjoying the “good life” Johannesburg had to offer.
As time progressed things began to change.. and this unfortunately is that story..
